We prepare the squid, by stirring it in the mix with the breadcrumbs, cheese and parsley. We place them on an oiled baking pan and bake for 15' in a pre-heated oven at 200°C. In a bowl we mix the peppers, onion, finocchio, fennel, with salt, pepper, garlic and oil. In a large piece of baking paper we place the pepper mixture and the baked squid. We close it like a packet, cover with aluminum paper and bake for 15' in a pre-heated oven at 190°C. Serve hot.
